Bidding Farewell to Summer is on one hand a good thing to get back on schedule but on the other hand can be hectic; full of deadlines, school projects, and places to be.  After having several of those early mornings of hustle and bustle to get to work or school, all the while making sure everyone’s socks match and bellies are fed, we can find ourselves being beckoned back to those carefree summer days.

Therefore, in efforts to help rescue your day and start off on the right foot, I wanted to share with you some of our favorite make ahead recipes to get you moving with focus, energy and purpose for the day ahead!  We believe all things are possible when you fuel your body right!

And yes, once in a while we do eat apple pie, cookies and pudding for breakfast.  Now so can you without robbing your body of it’s vital health!  Many of these recipes don’t require turning on an oven and can be made in minutes the night before!

OK, I lied but I don’t think you will be mad that I had to share 11 Back-2 School recipes instead of 10!  This delicious chocolate pudding is so nutritious that the other kids {and moms} will be envious you got to eat Chocolate Pudding & Strawberries for breakfast!
