I love to eat these thick flakes of coconut right out of the bag! They are so creamy and crunchy as well as naturally sweet. We use this product in my Healthified GF Granola (click here for recipe), as well as my Lemongrass Coconut Seafood Casserole (click here for recipe). It is delicious in yogurts, cookies and just about anything you can think of. Sometimes I will throw some raw nuts and coconut flakes in a baggie, and it has saved my hypoglycemic tush many times!
