Wash all vegetables and fruit. Cut apple and fennel bulb.
In a strong blender or Vitamix add ice, water and lemon juice.
Add parsley {with stems}, apple, fennel stalks and cut bulb.
Blend all ingredients till it is a beautiful green slushy.
Notes
Use organic whereever you can. If you are using a regular blender you will need to finely chop all the ingredients. Using the whole vegetable and fruit rather than juicing parts will insure you are receiving all the nutrients in a balanced manner.
