Goat Cheese Grape Bites {primal paleo & gluten free}
Prep time
Total time
Serves: 4-6
  • ½ cup of red grapes
  • ¼ - ½ cup goat cheese
  • ¼ cup roasted & salted pistachios
  1. Wash and dry grapes.
  2. Shell pistachios and chop fine.
  3. Depending on grape's size you will use a tad more of the goat cheese in measure per grape.
  4. Roll it in the palm of your hand around the grape until all the sides are covered.
  5. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
If you watch the video, I show you how simple it is to get the goat cheese around the grapes. I consider goat cheese primal paleo because it is much easier to digest than cows milk. I also love doing small cherry tomatoes with finally chopped basil too! These will last in the refrigerator for a few days. Use them in salads or serve as hors d' oeuvres. They look pretty on skewers' with a basil or mint leaf! Please use organic when you can.
