Frosting (vegan, dairy, grain, gluten free}

  • For Frosting:
  • ½ cup soaked cashews
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp. coconut cream {full "good" fat}
  • 2 tbsp. Ghee {clarified butter}
  • 2 tbsp. coconut manna/butter
  • 1-2 tbsp. raw honey {sugar free use few dashes of stevia}
  1. In a food processor add all ingredients except honey or stevia.
  2. Blend at least 5 minutes until creamy.
  3. Add honey or stevia to taste and blend.
  4. Place in refrigerator until ready to spread on pop tart.
This frosting will last up to a week or you can freeze it for another time. Spread it on your warm pop tart after toasting when you are ready to eat it!
