In a strong blender or Vita mix add milk, water, nuts, banana and cinnamon blend until creamy.
Add protein and few dashes of stevia and blend few seconds. Be careful not to over blend.
You can add extra water if you like it thinner.
Taste and add more stevia if needed.
Notes
If you use Natural Medicine's organic pea protein you may need to add a tad more water {up to ¾ cup} as the fiber makes the smoothie thicker. My taste testers thought this was sweet enough but I had to add a little stevia. You can also substitute any soaked nuts. If you are new to soaking nuts just fill a jar ¾ full of nuts and cover to top with filtered water overnight. The next morning or hours later rinse nuts and refill with clean water. Nuts will last up to a week in the fridge as long as you keep changing water.
