Notes
* If you need to make this a nut free recipe use ½ cup hempseeds or ½ cup soaked pumpkin seeds. To soak any seeds or nuts; fill jar ¾ full of nuts/seeds and add filtered water to the top. Soak for a few hours or overnight if it is harder like the walnut. If you would like this to be thicker for a dip just add a few tablespoons more of walnuts or seeds to help thicken. It will thicken in the fridge a bit so just stir it before pouring on your salad. I have also used juice of 1 orange and only 1 lemon. It will have a sweeter taste rather than the pungent lemon flavor that tricks the taste buds it is vinegar. Adding extra sea salt will help if using an orange. I have mixed avocado and olive oil in this dressing. Grape seed oil would work too. Please use organic when you can.
