Gourmet Garden has some easy squeeze tubes of flavor that in a pinch I love to add to a recipe.  This lemongrass paste is used in my Lemongrass Coconut Seafood Casserole (click here for recipe).  I stumbled across this in Publix market when I could not find fresh lemongrass anywhere needless to say it saved the day!  They usually use organic ingredients and the only natural preservative they use is citric acid which is from citrus like lemons.
