Make sure that when you buy extracts that they are not “flavors”.  It is easy to be fooled by the label.  So read the ingredients to make sure it is the pure extract of that food.  Extracts often are in organic alcohol or glycerin.  I use the glycerin extract blends with raw recipes more often. I  have also used Frontier‘s organic vanilla extract
