I loved my Superfood Cranberry Relish so much that I wanted to drink it. So I decided I would do just that and made this refreshing cranberry juice in the AMAZING Vitamix.  It’s so good for your health and you won’t believe  how delicious it is!

I know some of you think eating healthy means it doesn’t taste good but that does not have to be the case. If I am being honest, these types of drinks should be eased into for you first timers.  One might think it is strange to eat parsley, knowing it is commonly used to decorate a dinner plate.

Adding pineapple to any fresh juice will entice the palate to venture out.  You can always add a dash of stevia for that extra sweetness or fruits like pineapple and apple.   Just keep in mind it will thicken this slushy drink and you will need to add extra water.

Refreshing Cranberry Smoothie

I am smitten by the SUPERFOOD power in this drink and love that it is so simple to make because the Vitamix is so easy to clean unlike most of the juicers with it’s many parts.  With that said, I do have an Omega juicer that gets dusted off and used maybe twice a year for very specific needs.  If you have any interest in the Vitamix,  you should look at their reconditioned series starting at $279!   It comes with a 5 year warranty, and I have had mine for over 10 years without a glitch!  https://secure.vitamix.com/?COUPON=06-009016

The goji berry has 18 amino acids and is packed vitamins.  This berry has more iron than spinach, so now you spinach loathers have no excuse.  This superfood is rich in unique compounds called lycium barbarum polysaccharides.

That is a mouthful to say but words that are this powerful, should get a gold star as it has been shown to enhance immunity, has anti-inflammatory properties, and get this….it has even been shown to stimulate HGH and friend that is the coolest thing ever!  I could go on and on about how the little goji berry is a rock star, but you get it.
