It was a “Kind” breakfast at our home today! Did you ever have one of those mornings where you’re trying to convince your kid with a “kind” voice that un-matching socks are in style (because you forgot to do the wash). Or the mornings when you just need “kind” words to ask for your husband’s help in finding your daughters MIA favorite belt for school as you whip up a miracle for breakfast because time just isn’t on your side!
Well, here is your miracle served in a wrapper that this momma is totally cool with! I did take it a step further and sliced a few apples & added cinnamon and baked it for 15 minutes! However, what makes this breakfast “Kinder” is that I crumbled the Kind Healthy Grains Bar Oat & Honey on top!
You too can serve up a miracle with the Kind Bar’s help! This is my Mother’s Day gift GIVAWAY to you because all love begins with your single handed acts of “Kindness” & Dedication in all that you do for the sake of a child. Whether you bore this child or felt pressed to take them under your wing, know that you are investing in a life and we Thank you with all our hearts!

This was a cure for an indecisive cutie who was hemming and hawing what she wanted for breakfast……until she took one bite and marveled at the miracle I whipped up. {wink wink}.

- 3 apples
- ½ cup raw walnuts {optional}
- juice from ½ lemon
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 3 Kind Healthy Grains Bars
- Wash and thinly slice apples.
- In a small baking dish toss apples, lemons, cinnamon and oil.
- Finely chop walnuts fine and spread on top of the apples.
- Bake apples for 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
- Crumble your Kind Healthy Grains bars and add to the top of apples for an additional few minutes.
- Serve warm. Add your favorite yogurt or whipped cream.
It is ok if the sliced apples are layered. Please use organic apples as they are one of the highest pesticide laden fruits. If you want to make just one serving use 1 apple, 1 bar, few walnuts, dash oil, dash cinnamon, and a squeeze of lemon. Thank you to the Kind Snacks Company for a clean bar this mother, with a glad heart can give to her family.
